Roberta, Georgia

Welcome to the Roberta mural, a vibrant tribute to the heritage and heart of this historic Georgia town. Featured in Roberta’s downtown, the mural weaves together the stories that have shaped this community — from the rich agricultural roots of Dickey Farms, where generations have brought in peach harvests and celebrated rural life, to the legacy of Colonel Benjamin Hawkins, Revolutionary-era statesman and early settler whose gravesite remains a lasting local landmark. You’ll also see iconic depictions of the Crawford County Courthouse, a symbol of civic pride and continuity, and scenes from the Crawford County Antique Farm Machinery Show, reflecting the county’s enduring connection to farming traditions and community gatherings. Each element in the mural captures a piece of place and memory, inviting visitors and residents alike to connect with Roberta’s unique story.
